MOST Educational Charitable Trust recognizes the importance of protecting the information that we collect from students during the registering for a service, or membership area of MOSTEDU site.

We consider the following to be personally identifying information: your first and last name, e-mail address, home address, phone number, school name & place, school identity proof, and if linked with your other personally identifying information, your date of birth and other personal interests and hobbies.

 The site does not collect personal information of a user except for information that is voluntarily provided to us so that we can serve the user’s needs and our legitimate business purposes.  A user’s personally identifying information may be used by our company to help us improve the web site and also for our company’s marketing and promotional purposes. It will be treated confidentially; we maintain appropriate security measures to keep this information private.  

 
Special notice to parents and children

We encourage parents and guardian to spend time on-line with their children under 18 years and to participate in the activities offered in the site. No personal information should be submitted to or posted on this site by children without the consent of their parent or guardian. We encourage parents to monitor their children’s online use and help us protect their privacy by instructing them never to provide personal information on the site without permission.

E-mail
The site allows a user to contact MOST directly via e-mail through the use of the “Contact us” link on the site. If a user e-mails MOST directly through the use of “Contact us” link any personally identifying information submitted by such user including e-mail address will only be used to respond on a one time basis to such user and will there after be deleted from MOST’s records.

How we may change the contract

If we change this contract then we will tell you at least thirty days before the change takes place. If you do not agree to these changes, then you must cancel and stop using this service before the change takes place. If you do not stop using the service then your use of the service will continue under the changed contract.

We do not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of information available from the service. The Microsoft parties give no express warranties, guaranties or conditions. You may have additional costumer rights under your local laws that this contract can not change.

Claim must be filed within one term in a year
Any claim relates to this contract or this service may not bring unless brought within one term in a year. Duration of the term is three months .The one term period begins on the date when the claim first could be filed. If it is not filed then that claim is permanently barred.
