If payment is made online/by E-Banking/DD the username and password or the product of your selection will be send to you promptly by mail/courier. In case it is not received with in 7 days the non-receipt shall be reported to the company, in writing.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place with your service account. You may not authorize any third party to access or use the service on your behalf.

 
Trial period offers.


You may have received a limited time of free service and some other trial period offer. Unless we notify you otherwise, if you are participating in any trial period offer, you must cancel the service by the end of the trial period to avoid incurring charges.
Change in fee structure


The price for the service excludes some special features, unless stated otherwise. These special features and the charges are published in our site from time to time. We may change the fee structure from time to time, but we will inform you in advance. If you do not agree to these changes you must cancel and stop using this service before the changes take place. If you cancel your service, then your service ends at the end of your current service time- length ( term) or if you are being billed on a term basis, at the end of the term  in which you have cancelled.
Refund policies

All charges are non-refundable. Users shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining all telephones, internet charges, computer hardware, and other equipment needed for access to and use of the MOST Sites and for any/all charges related thereto.

The product shall be used with in the validity period mentioned therein. whether used or not with in the validity period no claim for the said product will be entertained after the validity period.
