Boil the precipitate with excess water and to one portion of the hot solution add K2CrO4 solun. Yellow ppt LEAD
To another part of the hot solution add KI solution yellow ppt. which dissolves when boiled with water and reappears as golden spangles on cooling Lead (confirmed)
